OTT Releases This Week: OTT platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, JioHotstar, ZEE5 and others are set to keep audiences hooked this week with a fresh batch of movies and web series spanning multiple genres. Whether you enjoy edge-of-the-seat crime thrillers, light-hearted family dramas, romantic stories or action-packed adventures, there is something for every kind of viewer. Several theatrical hits are also making their streaming debut, while several original titles are arriving directly on digital platforms, making this week’s OTT release interesting.
Viewers can look forward to new web series like Raakh or reality shows such as Maa Hai Na and much-awaited movies like Bhooth Bangla and Karuppu. The latest lineup promises a wide range of viewing options for every age.
OTT Releases This Week (June 8 to 14)
Bhooth Bangla
Where to watch: Netflix
The main character of Bhoot Bangla is Arjun (Akshay Kumar), a sibling who inherits his late mother's Mangalpur ancestral palace. Arjun hosts his sister Meera's wedding at the haveli despite locals' warnings about Vadhusur, an eternal demon who kidnaps and kills newlyweds on their wedding night.
Karuppu

Karuppu, which was directed by RJ Balaji, was one of the biggest Tamil hits of the year and was a significant comeback for the actor. Suriya is portrayed in the narrative as a strong mass-action avatar that is full of intense scenes and poignant moments. The movie is anticipated to begin streaming on June 12, according to a 123Telugu report; an official announcement is still pending.

Dridam

I Am Frankelda

On June 16, it will make its worldwide Netflix debut.
Every Year After
