Stand-up comedian and former Bigg Boss contestant Pranit More has reportedly deactivated his Instagram account amid growing backlash over his viral Rs 370 biryani clip. The controversy sparked widespread criticism online, with several social media users and celebrities condemning the remarks featured in the video.
However, soon after he deactivated his account, netizens started trolling him on his other account named Maharashtrian Bhau. Many users called to report this account too while many says deactivate this account also.

How Did The Pranit More Controversy Begin?
The controversy started after a crowd-work video from Pranit More's show surfaced online. During the interaction, an audience member named Himanshu Jangra shared details about a date with a woman. He claimed that the two had eaten chicken biryani worth Rs 370 and later suggested that he expected physical intimacy in return because he had spent money on the outing.

Pranit More's Reaction Draws Criticism
What sparked even more criticism was Pranit More's response during the conversation. Instead of challenging the comment, the comedian was seen laughing and continuing the interaction.
The clip was later uploaded to his social media platforms, leading many viewers to question the decision to publish the content. As criticism grew, users accused the comedian of treating a serious issue as a joke.

Influencer Elvish Yadav also slammed both the incident and the comedian's response. Meanwhile, Uorfi Javed was among the first celebrities to react, describing the clip as ‘disgusting’ shortly after it went viral.

This is not the first time Pranit More has attracted controversy. During his appearance on Bigg Boss in 2025, host Salman Khan reportedly expressed displeasure over a joke involving his name. The actor had emphasized that comedians should be mindful of their content and avoid crossing certain lines in the name of humour.
