With Grand Theft Auto 6 now available for pre-order and its release date locked in, fans are eagerly waiting for Rockstar Games to show more of the game. So far, however, the studio has kept things under wraps. Apart from releasing a fresh set of screenshots when pre-orders went live last month, Rockstar hasn't shared a new trailer or any gameplay footage.
That could change soon, if a well-known industry insider is to be believed.
Gaming insider NateTheHate, who has a solid track record when it comes to industry leaks, has hinted that GTA 6 could be back in the spotlight next month.

The hint came during a conversation with fans on X. Asked whether there was any update related to Rockstar, the insider replied that it was still too early to share anything but added that they might have more to say as the game's launch gets closer.
When another user specifically asked about a GTA 6 gameplay trailer, NateTheHate responded, "I expect to see a fair bit of GTA 6 next month."
The comment doesn't confirm exactly what Rockstar has planned, but it has sparked speculation that the studio could finally unveil the game's first gameplay footage or even release its third official trailer. At the moment, both remain missing despite GTA 6 being just a few months away from launch.
The last trailer for the game arrived in May 2025, and Rockstar hasn't released any new video footage since then.
The only new content fans have received recently was a collection of screenshots published alongside the start of pre-orders. Those images offered another look at protagonists Lucia and Jason, while also showcasing vehicles, outfits, weapons and other in-game items. Rockstar also confirmed that some cosmetic content will be available as pre-order bonuses or through the Ultimate Edition.
Grand Theft Auto 6 is currently up for pre-order in Standard and Ultimate editions for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. A physical edition is also available, although it comes with a digital download code instead of a game disc.
Rockstar has confirmed that GTA 6 will launch on November 19, 2026. Until then, fans will be watching closely to see if the next trailer really does arrive next month.
