Asus has rolled out a full refresh of its Zenbook and Vivobook lineup in India, and at first glance, it feels like a lot to take in. There are multiple models, different processors, and a mix of premium and mainstream options, so it really comes down to what you actually need.

Let’s start with the Zenbook side, which is clearly where Asus is pushing its more premium experience. The Zenbook S14 is the one that tries to balance performance with portability. It’s slim, lightweight, and powered by Intel’s Core Ultra 9 chip, so it’s built for people who want something powerful without carrying a bulky machine. The OLED display and long battery life claims just add to that everyday usability angle.

Then there’s the Zenbook Duo, which continues to do its own thing. The dual-screen setup is still the highlight here, and honestly, it’s not for everyone. But if you’re someone who likes multitasking with multiple windows open all the time, this setup can actually make a difference. It’s powerful too, but the real value here is how you use those two screens.

The Zenbook A14 and A16 are where things shift a bit. Instead of Intel, Asus is going with Snapdragon X2 series chips. This is more about efficiency and AI-focused tasks rather than just raw performance. The A16, especially, looks like it’s aimed at users who want a bit more power with higher RAM options, but still with that always-on, efficient kind of experience.

Now coming to the Vivobook lineup, this is where things feel more practical. The Vivobook 14 and 16 are straightforward laptops for everyday use, whether that’s work, browsing, or basic productivity. The S14 and S16 step things up slightly with better processors, so they sit somewhere in between casual and more demanding use.

Pricing starts under Rs 1 lakh and goes all the way up to nearly Rs 3 lakh for the Zenbook Duo, which tells you how wide this lineup really is. All of these models will be available from April 21 across Asus stores and online platforms.

At the end of the day, this refresh is less about one standout device and more about giving you options. Whether you want something lightweight, something experimental like dual screens, or just a reliable everyday laptop, Asus is clearly trying to cover all bases here.
