An investigation into the alleged sexual exploitation, religious conversion and workplace harassment at a TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) BPO in Maharashtra's Nashik has unearthed a disturbing pattern of sexual abuse, manipulation, harboured under institutional inaction that spanned over 3 years.

The case, after shooting into the limelight, was handed over to a Special Investigation Team (SIT), which says the incidents span from 2022 to early 2026, suggesting it is a prolonged pattern rather than isolated complaints by employees.

The incident involves women aged 18 and 25, and the accusations mentioned in the FIR include groping, forcing to offer Namaz, humiliation, abusing Hindu gods, rape on the pretext of marriage and a religious conversion attempt.

The accused arrested in the case so far include Asif Ansari, Danish, Raza Memon, Shafi Shaikh, Shahrukh Qureshi, and Tausif Attar.
