As the Noida unrest entered its second day, wage workers who were silently protesting for higher wages took on the form of a "larger conspiracy." Commissioner Laxmi Singh of Uttar Pradesh Police stated in a significant disclosure that "certain WhatsApp groups were used to join people and orchestrate violence."
Pre-Planned Attack
Social media profiles and groups indicate that they were also registered outside of Uttar Pradesh. Domestic workers resume their protest for the second day in Garhi Chaukhandi, Sector 121, demanding a pay raise.
Additionally, the police also found a screenshot where the culprits have mentioned chili powders and sticks for the attack.

According to the investigation team, the police have discovered 50 social media accounts that were involved in the planning of attacks. The police said some people suddenly started leaving letters at the society gate and the security guard's room. Upon receiving the information, the police force rushed to disperse the people. Central Zone DCP Shaivya Goyal said that videos of the same incident are being circulated on social media, claiming to be from different locations. Efforts are underway to identify such individuals.
8 Cases Registered Till Now
The Commissionerate Police has registered eight cases against the unruly elements in various police stations. Meanwhile, cases have also been registered against two account holders in different police stations for spreading rumours by continuously broadcasting misleading videos on internet media.

According to UP police, there was a three-track conspiracy on the day of the violence: a physical militia carrying out arson on a prearranged route, a digital operation disseminating false information to exacerbate the situation, and a purposeful evidence-destruction protocol to make the investigation more difficult.
Together, they propose a degree of preparation, funding, and training that, according to investigators, is much beyond what could have been put together in response to a local labor conflict.
