Three people died and several suffered injuries after a massive fire spread at an illegal firecracker factory located in the Khonagorian area of Jaipur. Police have rushed to the scene. Video captures a large crowd in a dusty open area with thick black smoke rising from buildings, water tankers present, and people observing the chaotic scene.

According to reports, the fireworks factory was running illegally in a heavily populated area. A sudden fire followed by a massive explosion engulfed the entire house. The injured people were brought to SMS Hospital for treatment. Doctors say the victims are in critical condition and efforts are underway to save them.

Upon receiving information about the accident, the district administration immediately swung into action. Fire engines and a Civil Defense team were dispatched to the scene. The fire was so severe that the teams struggled to control it. Given the seriousness of the situation, Jaipur  District Collector Sandesh Nayak, ADM, and Civil Defense officials personally arrived on the ground. Administrative officials supervised the rescue operations in the area.

This is the latest fire incident that has been reported in the country in recent weeks. In a separate incident in Andhra Pradesh’s Visakhapatnam, eight people have been reported dead in a fire in a steel plant. Separately, a fire was also reported at a tyre factory at Ghaziabad’s Sahibabad in the morning.
