Naiduniya Correspondent, Bhopal | A case has come to light in which an accused, who was released on bail in a kidnapping and POCSO Act case registered in the Chola Mandir police station area, threatened the victim and pressured her to reach a compromise and withdraw the complaint.
According to police, for the past several days, the accused had been continuously pressuring the victim to reach a compromise. He threatened to make old objectionable photos and videos viral. The accused also orchestrated an attack on her.
Another Case Registered Against The Accused
Based on the victim's complaint, the police registered another case against the accused, 25, on Tuesday and began an investigation.
What Is The Matter?
According to the police, in 2025, the accused lured a minor girl and took her with him. She was held captive by him for roughly eight days. Later, the girl managed to escape from his confinement and reached her family.

What Police Said On Threat To Victim
ASI Vinita Chhibber stated that after receiving a complaint, the police registered a case under various sections, including kidnapping and the POCSO Act, and arrested the accused and sent him to jail. Later, the accused was recently released on bail. Since then, he has been pressuring the victim to compromise.
According to the complaint, the accused even held her hand in the court premises and threatened her to compromise. When she refused, he began stalking her. The victim told the police that the accused continues to stalk her and pressure her to marry him.
He is also trying to intimidate her by threatening to make her photos and videos viral on the internet. The accused is already married. He is currently absconding.
