In a tragic incident in Rajarajeshwari Nagar's BEML Layout, a 42-year-old man was apprehended for allegedly killing his 72-year-old bedridden mother. The victim, identified as Savitramma, had been paralysed and confined to her bed for nearly five years.

The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon when the accused, Venkatesh, reportedly took his mother to the terrace of their fourth-floor residence and pushed her off. The fall resulted in her immediate death.

Investigation And Motive
