The incident did not grab the attention of the CEO; however was heard by many of the co-workers, making the event a bit more lively and hilarious.
The viral clip of the incident, being circulated on various social media platforms, picked up momentum, with users joking that the celebration itself might be the “appraisal,” while others teased that salary hikes had perhaps been redirected into event planning.
Many netizens reacted with laughter and criticism. One user said. “This celebration is happening because there was no salary hike for employees, and that amount has been shifted to event management.”
While another added, “Ans: Kabhi nhi (Never).”
Adding to the spectacle was a private concert by Arijit Singh, making the milestone celebration even more memorable. And it wasn’t just about the night, Roshni Nadar revealed plans for a series of nine such concerts across cities over the coming year.
Since its inception in 1976 by Shiv Nadar and some engineers, the firm has grown into an international technology leader. As a conclusion to the night’s events, all employees were offered free metro travel, with the company having Delhi Metro Rail Corporation extend the timings until 12:30 AM, ensuring that every employee could return safely to their homes.
