Cocktail 2 OTT Release: Cocktail 2 will now make its digital release following a successful theatrical run. This month, the romance drama starring Shahid Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Kriti Sanon will go live on streaming services, providing viewers another opportunity to watch one of the biggest Hindi films of the year from the comfort of their own homes.

Cocktail 2 debuted in theatres on June 19 and went on to become one of the year's highest-grossing Hindi movies.

Cocktail 2 will release on Netflix on August 14, 2026, according to News18. However, the makers have not yet formally confirmed the digital release date of the movie.

For those who don't know, the name of the OTT platform was allegedly displayed in the movie's opening credits when it was released in theatres, suggesting that Netflix will be the movie's streaming home.

Cocktail 2 Cast And Plot Details

Rashmika Mandanna, Kriti Sanon, and Shahid Kapoor make up the main cast. Tiku Talsania, Kannan Arunachalam, Suparna Marwah, Neelu Kohli, and Deepak Kalra all have supporting parts in Cocktail 2.

Kunal (Shahid Kapoor) and Diya (Rashmika Mandanna) have been in a long-term relationship and are living together. Tired of their families constantly asking about marriage, they decide to take a vacation to Sicily. During the trip, they meet Diya's close friend Ally (Kriti Sanon).

As Diya begins to doubt Kunal's honesty and commitment, she asks Ally to flirt with him and see if he stays loyal. But the plan takes an unexpected turn when Ally starts falling for Kunal. What begins as a test soon turns into a complicated love triangle, leaving all three of them facing emotions they never expected. 

Cocktail 2 Box Office Collection

Cocktail 2 had a decent run at the box office despite earning mixed to negative reviews from reviewers and viewers. The sequel to the 2012 romance drama reportedly made over Rs 143.51 crore globally, including Rs 33.96 crore from international markets and Rs 109.55 crore gross in India.

Cocktail 2 made Rs 67.81 crore in its first week and Rs 46.76 crore on its opening weekend.
