Singer and BJP MLA Maithili Thakur also extended her wishes to Samrat Choudhary. She described the moment as historic for the people of Bihar and expressed hope that the state will continue to progress under the new leadership. She also acknowledged Nitish Kumar’s long association with the Chief Minister’s post, saying his governance model has inspired many other states.
