Raakh OTT Release: The excitement around the upcoming digital series Raakh continues to grow. Prime Video has officially launched the second trailer for this highly anticipated original show, giving viewers another look into its dark world. Produced by Deepak Dhar, Rishi Negi, Mrinalini Jain, and Shyam Rathi under the banner of Endemol Shine India, in association with BhaDiPa, the project is a fictional investigative thriller. However, it also functions as a deep, emotionally charged study of grief, morality, and human nature.

Raakh New Trailer Out

The newly released trailer draws inspiration from the real-life 1978 Ranga-Billa criminal case. It opens with intense visuals, showing the crimes committed by two notorious figures, Babu and Rajjo. Meanwhile, a determined police officer, SI Jayprakash, is racing against time to track them down before they cause more destruction. Sonali Bendre Opens Up On Her Experience On Prime Video's Upcoming Series Raakh

The series also marks an emotional return for actress Sonali Bendre, who plays a character coping with heavy grief and loss. Speaking about her personal experience on the sets, Bendre said, "Over the last few years, I found myself naturally gravitating towards stories that felt lighter emotionally. So when Raakh came along, I did wonder what it would be like to spend so much time in such an intense emotional space. What surprised me was realising that I was able to engage with those emotions without carrying them home with me."

Reflecting on her growth during the shoot, Sonali Bendre added, "This project made me rethink something I hadn't consciously examined before. Raakh allowed me to explore emotions that are uncomfortable and complex, while also trusting that I could step away from them when the work was done." Directed by Prosit Roy, the seven-episode thriller will be available to stream this Friday.
