Main Vaapas Aaunga Movie Release: The public excitement around filmmaker Imtiaz Ali’s much-awaited romantic drama Main Vaapas Aaunga continues to grow every day. To add to this anticipation, the makers have now released a special video for the song titled Kya Kamaal Hai. This exclusive video is scheduled to play at the end of the film during the closing credits.

It also celebrates the unique strength of the human spirit and the power of humanity that keeps them going through difficult times. This specific video is very close to Diljit Dosanjh’s heart. He specially took time out from his busy, ongoing AURA musical tour to shoot it as a personal tribute to the message behind the film.

Main Vaapas Aaunga New Song Kya Kamaal Hai

The song Kya Kamaal Hai brings together an exceptional creative collaboration between singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh, composer AR Rahman, director Imtiaz Ali, and lyricist Irshad Kamil. Known for creating unforgettable musical moments in Indian cinema, Ali once again successfully combines powerful storytelling with soulful music.

Sharing his thoughts on the inspiration behind this song, director Imtiaz Ali said, "’If I had a choice between death and leaving my home, I would have gladly chosen death. Unfortunately, I did not have such a choice.’ This is a quote from an anonymous refugee in the video. Migration has been one of the defining stories of our times. Kya Kamaal Hai is dedicated to those forced to leave their homes because of war and hatred. It is a cry of hope and a salute to the resilience of mankind.”

Imtiaz Ali continued, “This special collaboration with Diljit Dosanjh is our expression of solidarity with those affected by such tragedies. We would like to present Kya Kamaal Hai as a balm to heal ourselves in the present world.”

The movie Main Vaapas Aaunga is set in Imtiaz Ali’s dreamy world of love and longing. It stars Diljit Dosanjh, Naseeruddin Shah, Sharvari, and Vedang Raina in pivotal roles. Produced by Birla Studios and Applause Entertainment, alongside Mohit Choudhary and Shibasish Sarkar of Window Seat Films, this Birla Studios Worldwide release will officially showcase in cinemas on June 12, 2026.
