Once released, candidates can log in to the official portal at neet.nta.nic.in with their registration number and password and download the hall ticket PDFs. More than 22.79 lakh students registered for the NEET 2026 exam, and out of these, over 20 lakh candidates are expected to appear for the Re-NEET 2026 exam.

NEET UG Re-Exam Admit Card 2026: Steps to Download

Once the official link becomes active, candidates can download the admit card using the following steps:

Step 1: Go to the NTA official website at neet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “NEET UG Re-Exam Admit Card 2026” link.

Step 3: The login window will appear. Enter your NEEt application number and password.

Step 4: Enter the security code and submit.

Step 5: The admit card will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Download and check all details mentioned on it thoroughly. Take printouts for the exam day.

Documents Required on Exam Day

Candidates must have the following documents while appearing for the NEET UG Re-exam 2026 on June 21. 

  • Printed NEET UG Re-Exam Admit Card 2026

  • Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport, etc.)

  • Passport-Size Photograph (if mentioned in the admit card)

  • Other documents specified in the hall ticket instructions

Apart from these, the PwD Certificate and the Self-declaration form must also be submitted if required.
