RCB vs LSG Toss Update: Royal Challengers Bengaluru will face Lucknow Super Giants for their upcoming IPL 2026 match. The Bengaluru-based franchise has won three of the four matches so far.

At the time of the toss, both skippers, Rajat Patidar and Rishabh Pant, entered the field. RCB won the toss and chose to bowl first.

Speaking of the changes to the playing XI, Josh Hazlewood has returned, replacing Jacob Duffy. At the same time, Virat Kohli, who had suffered an injury scare during their previous match, is part of the impact sub list for the clash against the Rishabh Pant-led side.

Rishabh Pant (Lucknow Super Giants Captain): "We are pretty confident after being put into bat. You know it's a really good surface to bat on. In a wicket like this, whether you bat first or bowl first doesn't matter. Eventually, you need to play better cricket.

(Discussions post the defeat against GT) As a group, we feel we need to come together and take ownership of whatever role we are playing as a team. We don't want to introspect after a match about how we want to play cricket.

Rajat Patidar (R). We're bowling first on a good surface to pressure them early. It looks similar to the last game. Not much. The previous game had a lot of grass. No grass tonight. It could be a good track.
