Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya appears to have deleted his Instagram account, surprising many fans on Wednesday evening. The Mumbai Indians captain is usually very active on social media, but anyone trying to visit his profile was shown a message saying the page was no longer available.

Before this, Hardik had more than 40 million followers on the platform. However, Jagran doesn't confirm whether it was an Instagram glitch or the destructive all-rounder deleted it himself. Notably, earlier former India captain Virat Kohli's account also vanished from Instagram for 12 hours and later it came back.

Hardik has been named in Shubman Gill-led India's ODI squad for the three-match series, which will start from June 13, but his participation depends on his fitness as he was forced to miss IPL 2026 matches after suffering serious back spasms.
